Immo BPC sold us our apartment in Koekelberg. Years later, they sold it for us. The same apartment! That says enough. What I like most: they don't play the inflated price game. A lot of agents will tell you your place is worth more than it is just to win the listing. Or promise you they can get you this much more etc. Then it sits on the market for months and you end up dropping the price anyway. BPC tell you the real number from day one. They know Koekelberg better than anyone in my opinion. No wasted time. No games. They sell your property. Absolutely loved working with them and we'll use them if we ever want to sell the other property we just bought!
